Wait until the moment is right. If you see a glint in her eye when she talks to other men, or if you notice she’s always checking guys out, then that’s a sign she might be fairly open to the idea…
Then when having sex maybe start slowly by talking dirty and saying things about other men, or her taking other cocks… then eventually bring it up seriously.

I think that it's best to be upfront from the start about anything that is vital to your happiness in a relationship. If you think you'd like something a bit longer term with someone I reckon the only way is to just say what you want, tell the person that you are happy to answer any questions they have as openly as possible but also give them the opportunity to tell you what they would like too.
