How legitimate is being photo verified?
I just saw on my local updates 3 different profiles with in minutes of each other all get photo verified.
Seems suspicious to me, like when 4 or 5 new profiles pop up with in minutes of each other with the same info in their profiles.
I ask because I only send face pics to people with the little green flag (photo verification).

It does sound a bit odd but could be a coincidence.
Apparently they can be faked but not easily.
If you're concerned about sending face pics there's no 100% safe way unfortunately.

Might be something to do with the update frequency. Apparently the site got so busy over Xmas that they had to increase the time between generating updates, so if three local verifications were made within an hour or so, they may all have got lumped together in the same update cycle.

Tbh the option is face or full body nude clearly holding a sign with username. If the full nude was the option, all it proves is they are male or female. But with photoshop and other apps these days you can very easily add a convincing looking sign, with hands holding it to any image.
Veri’s can be a good way to tell for older profiles, if you also check the veri’s of veri’s .
Just go by gut and with caution . |

It's almost daily I'm reporting photo and meet verified people for having someone else's pics or spamming a dodgy website link
It means nothing on a new account. Older accounts that have stood the test of time it means more. |

The only way they could fake a photo varfication is to either pay someone to do one then posy it as there's? Like a guy pretending to be a women could somehow get a women to do one or you could photo shop if your really clever but I doubt it would get past admin ? Its useful for guys as I alway loom for photo varified women as there seems to be some sad weirdos who pretend to be women so I'm all for a photo varfication as its the only real measure on here to keep the fakes away |

I report photo verified "fake" women once or twice a week
No offence admin but Google search is so easy and you clearly haven't got a clue |

But how can you photo varifie yourself with a fake Google pic its impossible unless you photo it as you need to be holding up a piece of paper with your profile name written on it that's what photo varfication is ? |

I don't trust it. My guess is they are verified by robots and we know robots can be fooled. So, for instance, if I get a message from someone that has great pictures/profile, but only has a flag and say they have been on fab for 'over a year', I know something aint right?!
I also wonder whether you could say be verified as a man, then change your gender and pictures? Not even sure how reliable cams verifications are.
There will be some here who remember when you could verify people by phone! |

You're right, some fakes just change their identity. They'll have photos up of a porn model. Next month with the same profile they'll have photos up of a completely different porn model. It's good to see there's some savvy Men on this thread. Many gullible ones fall for the fakes. |
