How? How do you make actual orgasms last longer? Any tips or advice….
Getting there takes long enough but then it all seems over very fast. Any other ladies have this?
Extending the orgasm phase help!

I can't if I'm playing alone, everything gets too tense and I automatically stop what I'm doing.
If I'm with someone else and they are using toys on me my orgasm can continue until I tell them to stop. This doesn't happen during sex though, normally I only have one and it stops.
Unfortunately I believe it is something some women can do and others can't.
Good luck in achieving your goal though. |

The only time my orgasms have ever stretched out is when I’m really, really turned on. Every bit of me needs to be stimulated and we need to have had a super long sesh. More than that, I need to feel super connected to my partner so it’s only ever happened with my husband. If we have a day of non stop teasing and flirting and then two or three hours of foreplay and an hour or so of sex then I have a super strong orgasm which lasts longer than usual, my whole body pulses and some times it rolls in to a multiple orgasm. I can’t achieve it solo though, orgasm lasts literally a split second when I’m alone. I need my partner for every sense to be aroused.

USE A WAND!!!!
Hope I said this loudly enough!
When you start to cum keep the wand in place and have the guy continue with long deep deliberate strokes. I've had some huge orgasms or back to back orgasms this way. I used to pull back immediately after cumming but I've learned to hold on for more |

"There is a tendency to hold your breath when climaxing, if you can remember to breathe (deeply), this again helps stimulation. "
I didnt know that! I’ll try to keep it in mind |
