I guess it also depends on how the person expresses their gender and feelings. I personally don’t like my boy bits being involved when with a guy am open to it with a woman. I try hard to present as a ‘woman’ but equally I don’t want to become a woman or transition.
If a guy is ‘straight’ but is attracted to a person who is feminine in their appearance then what’s the issue |

Being straight I wouldn't be interested in a TV or TS. Not because I have anything against them or couldn't recognise that they are attractive or feminine. It's more a psychological thing and by knowing they are or were a man is something I wouldn't be able to get out my head.

I do understand OP question and i believe many other fabers they ask to themselves the same .
