Hello all,
I recently met someone who enjoys fisting now and again. Now I really love doing it, however she has a prolapse and I’m worried about hurting her. She assured me everything is fine and she really enjoys it, but should we be doing this? I’m gentle and like do it slowly, but she likes it quite rough and fast , which I’m conscious/wary about doing.. Will it affect her? The last thing I want is to cause any pain. Any advice/experience, etc on this would be appreciated.
No keyboard warriors, or nasty comments please. I just want some advice.
Thanks. |

I have been involved in fisting for many years now. Prolapse by itself should not be cause for concern. It just means she has had a lot of experience at it.
Gentle or rough should also not be a concern as long as the two of you communicate.
Real concerns when fisting are the fingernails. They should always be trimmed, clean and no rough edges. Often wearing surgical gloves will prevent issues with the fingernails as well as any open cuts on your hands.
Bottom line communicate so you will not be rougher than she can handle and watch for the one dangerous sign of heavy red bleeding.
Enjoy! |

A very light blood spotting is not necessarily dangerous. Heavy red bleeding indicates there a serious tear or cut and you should stop the activity. Seriously consider receiving medical attention. Light pinkish spotting might be caused by a very light scratch and worth watching.
You might be more concerned in vaginal fisting. During anal fisting I often have pinkish spotting and I I just make sure it doesn’t get worse. We slow play a bit and normally the spotting stops.
Ultimately, stop if you’re concerned about the bleeding. |
