garlic and or celery salt

not a fan of dried basil Little too perfumey

Depends on what you like to cook. For curries definitely mustard seed, coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper, also maybe fenugreek and asafoetida?

Warm, slightly sour oniony sort of taste - lovely in a vegetable curry in quite small amounts…

Love to make south Indian sambar with most of the stuff you mentioned. Will also add Fenugreek.

Yes!!! Love a sambar. A dosa and a sambar are hard to beat.

Also

green cardamom, black cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves, black peppercorn, bay leaves, star anise, turmeric, kashmiri chilli's and chaat masala....

I cook a lot of curries... occasionally I will buy garam masala if I've not made any recently.

Take the seeds out of a cardamom pod, crush and grind it and put into your home made biscuit mix before putting in the oven

The OP was probably thinking to post this in the lounge... but it's harmless chat, lots of us talk about stuff unrelated to swinging...

No worse than half the stuff that gets posted in stories and fantasies
