not a fan of dried basil Little too perfumey

Love to make south Indian sambar with most of the stuff you mentioned. Will also add Fenugreek. |

green cardamom, black cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves, black peppercorn, bay leaves, star anise, turmeric, kashmiri chilli's and chaat masala....
I cook a lot of curries... occasionally I will buy garam masala if I've not made any recently. |
