Yep. Been lucky enough but only once.

Does oral sex outside a pub count? I was 20 and sitting outside having a beer and a cigarette after my shift ended.
An older woman (Probably 40 something) came out and bummed a fag off me. I had been serving her table of half a dozen or so older ladies, and they had been teasing and flirting with me all night....

Like others have already said “yes” it is a key component of the swinging (hot-wife-sharing) scene. Also the dogging scene too. There needs to be physical attractions of some sort and cleanliness is always essential but it’s the transient and uncomplicated nature of such meetings that appeals.

Kind of the swinging lifestyle.
But Ive had a few other encounters that I think you’re getting at.
I worked as a bouncer, ladies seemed to find the authority rather attractive. Fire exits and medical rooms were a frequent haunt (end of the night/shift)
