Generally speaking, a penis doesn't just 'slip' up a bum (unless it's been seriously played with beforehand and loosened up) so doing it by mistake is pretty difficult. You'd feel the tip pressing against the 'wrong hole' and could say 'oi!' (if you wanted to  ) |

I've had a few 'near misses' but never actually had a touch down, even during an energetic session! Like the poster above said, it's quite difficult to take a completely wrong turn accidentally, I guess like anything in this world though, it does happen. |
