For me it would depend on how rough she wants.. I have actually come to the conclusion that it can never be too rough.. although sometimes afterwards I can think... Ouch but love that aching feeling all over after.

I usually go in slightly restrained with someone new on the hair pulling (i dont want to hear scalp being torn lol) but as soon as they are vocal about it then I listen. Biting/throat holding/turning/bossing is pretty easy though.
