This has happened to me a few times, especially with prolonged stimulation and certain drugs. Basically, you stop yourself from cumming. You then cum once, orgasm, them cum again around 10 seconds later, with an even more intense feeling.
Not sure whether guys get this doing tantric sex too. Any other guys get multi-orgasms here? |

It's only ever happened to me once, and that was with a lovely girl I met off here, and I have to say, it shocked me as much as it did her! It was bloody awesome though. |
