first thing is, a lot of gay or bi guys are more masculine than most hetero guys. Masculinity has nothing to do with sexuality, it's a myth that homophobes promote.

I don’t think being straight/gay/bi has any impact on masculinity.
There’s far too much stigma around with people thinking because they’re straight that they have to be a masculine alpha male.

It is astonishing that in 2021, allegedly straight men are so caught up in clinging to heterosexual privilege that they do everything possible to distance themselves from what they truly are.
Just as there are plenty of 'fey' straight men, the spectrum goes the other direction too.
