As I said, I don't mind winks, but reading a profile that states 'please don't wink' (and yes, mine did read that way, but I realised that sometimes people just don't know how to start the opener!), it seems a bit of a double standard if they wink you, but don't like winks to start any interest! Just curious as to why people play it that way?  |

Same as a guy who sent me a random friendship request but stated in capitals on his profile that he would delete and block anyone that did it to him  funny buggers around that's all I can say  |

I don't mind winks, but find it odd when you reply with a message and they just ignore/delete.
I say on my profile I'll reply to any winks with a message so I'm guessing that's what they were expecting...
but anyway.. lol |

And you get winks and continually checking of your profile???
Go figure....
Those that advertise a meet and include single guys but don't remove the block?
do they sit there wondering why the dont receive any messages?

"Now I'm not adverse to winks, but I really don't get it when you're winked by someone, but when you read their profile, it states that they don't like winks as they think its 'rude and lazy', but prefer you to message them - yet they've used the wink system to make initial contact! - very confusing!

I put "wink me if interested" in my profile and if im honest since doing that i seem to now only get genuine people contacting because at least they have read my profile |
