We both have to agree and be happy but usually it's mrs who has the final say as to whether we proceed or meet.
She also likes to watch sometimes as well so it's about that fantasy side of seeing what will turn her on. |

On this site, like the previous poster, I (the Hubby) do all the leg work and show her the short list.
In person at a club,I let the wife pick, but I have to be involved in the process. It is rare that she will choose and I definitely disagree.
A lot of men make the mistake of ignoring the male half, it is always their down fall with us and also many other couples. |

This is fascinating, I always thought it was mainly men who did the picking and women the final say. Do you proactively message many single men/women as well? |

Both of us, for an MFM if the two men can't work well together then it's not going to be so pleasurable for her.
We've also had the guy only approach the woman, to us that means he's only concentrating on his pleasure not how she'll get hers. The reason we want a third is for her to get something she can't get at home!  |

I'm always amazed in clubs how often I see that as well. Including both of a couple in the conversation just makes sense. |

Ultimately these days Mrs gives the 'Yay' or 'Nay' for guys as they are there to please her not me although we have had meets where I chose and she wore a blindfold throughout and didn't see the guy before, during or after.
We've yet to meet a lady for threesome play. If we did and she was playing with us both I guess we would both choose together. |

For us its a joint thing if either of us isnt feeling it then it doesnt happen. We try not to take it all to serious and have a laugh with the third and have a good social first and it makes things easier and get a better feel for a person then  |

Then it comes down to her actual attraction and the chemistry if any, as to whether things progress further. |

Both of us. When it comes to single men although I'm straight I'm also picky because Mrs Misfit is My Girl and is everything to me. Even if Mrs Misfit likes them I have to like them too. Mainly I look for someone who Mrs Misfit finds hot and is also respectful, friendly and who I get on well with too. Because team work is key, so getting the right vibe off a guy and getting on well with them is really important to me.
However sometimes in a club situation in the heat of the moment its a bit more organic and less premeditated.

In my experience of chatting with couples it seems to mostly be the men who do the initial ground work of getting to know me, telling me about them, discussing our interests and what we’re looking for etc and then the woman will get involved further down the line if the man thinks I might be suitable for them. There have been a lot of instances when I’ve been chatting with the man for a while and we’re getting on well and have many shared interests and then he’s said that he’s told his partner about me and showed her my profile but she’s not interested so it doesn’t go any further. |
