I think Men are much more ‘mono focused’ ..so perhaps sex more easily clouds out other thoughts and emotions, whereas females often have many browsers open ..including a sex browser.

Generalising but That’s my view.

It's an interesting question and while it will vary between peoe it would be a good focus of a piece of research. Maybe an idea for someone's PhD?

Same pinch.. I do mostly think about sex and dreams of being with another woman..and getting horny
