Yes and no, for me when I have used it, I don’t stay completely hard, but it’s back up and running within 3 or 4 minutes. Although sometimes it does. There is no hard and fast rule.
Also I think it helps me last longer as well. |

It depends on what kind of form you're on. If you're on food form anyway then yes, I've just carried on thrusting while cumming and continued on until I've cum 2-4 times never stopping. But if it's a bad night and energy levels and desire are lower then it's usually game over after cumming. Maybe round 2 half and our later.
It just aids the body to be able to do more than without, but it still depends on your "starting point" a bit.

Viagra can give headaches. I know guys who only take half a pill because of this and drink plenty of water. The half pill still works incredibly well for them and there's less of; if not no, headache. |
