If you are going to buy one, then avoid the cheaper ones as the seals aren’t good and you’ll lose the vacuum in between pumps

I've tried them and the difficult part is being patient enough to wait for it to work it's magic lol.

From what I know you're supposed to pump them up then back them off, then pump them, then back them off. Leaving them at full pressure increases the chance of skin splitting, it also gets uncomfortable. I'd think backing them off would allow blood to flow in too... also use lube. |
