Just wondered what everyone’s thoughts on these is ?
I’ve only ever used the stretch rubber ones but I’m looking at buying a metal one. Just wondered if there was any sort of advice and what people generally thought of them ?  |

Totally agree, as for a rubber ring etc an elastic band or shoe lace would have the same effect however I always ask guys if they mind removing them..
