In distinction to chest harnesses, I always thought breast ties and crotch ties were the realm of pervy riggers. "You want to do rope, then I must tie your tits and crotch." I have seen it a number of times and thought not for me. I also was not a fan of the look.
But three things changed my mind. Firstly a similar thread last year where women said they enjoyed their breasts being bound.
