I do if they have posted something I don't like on the forums.
For example a few months ago a guy used the forum for shaming bigger women. Obviously I was not what he was looking for and his offensive language put me off him in a big way so I blocked him. |

I pre block in my local feed. If there’s no interest from my side I don’t see the point in seeing their updates, equally if after reading their profiles and I’m not a match for them it saves me again seeing updates for someone who won’t be interested in me. Saves either of messaging and receiving a no thank you.
I have blocked forum users because of differing points of view or not liking something they have said |

If there's someone I have no interest in interacting with I will block. Doesn't happen often, but if someone is being an arsehole on the forum (racist, mysoginistic, insulting) then I will do, with a private note to remind me why I've blocked them. |

I block people who put things in the forums I don't like. Mainly so I don't then message them later on. The social part of a meet matters to me so it helps make sure my meets are good ones
Also sometimes block after messaging someone so I can't accidentally message them again |

Completely use and abuse the block feature on this and our couples profile (especially on local people). If we know we're not what someone is looking ie. BBC only or something else we cannot ever be. Then we block to avoid them clogging our local updates. |

I think it helps to filter those who have similar interests and possibly a opportunity of some kind or just connect in some way as is no harm if get on great just messaging to those who don't match my required taste or I'm not theirs. |

I do simply because there’s no point of me doing a search with ladies that just like black, white people, Men that are over over 6 foot tall, not interested in Orientals. I could go one more but I think that gets the gist of it

All the time. Forum posts I don't like, anybody that mentions bareback, usernames that make me squirm, and not in a good way! Also likely to block anybody mentioning domination, humiliation or the word ruined.
All of the above would make us incompatible. |

We do.
Forum posts are a good indicator of an individual and there are rules that we have about types of people we play with so if we stumble across one that breaks those rules then instantly block them to save hassle down the road. |

we've been doing it quite a few years now even to the point that we trabnsfer blocks if we decide to start afresh ..
our profile now seems to attract very little interest for those who abuse or want to wank we domt attract many who mess around with meets cant remember the last no show ...
pre block... either via messages / status / forum
people we know
the abusive
the sexist
the racist
bullies / trolls
dr*g user's ans seller's
body shamers and people who look for one type
kink shamers
kinks we have no interest in
those who keep asking for pics
phone wankers
guys who once agree to meet then mess
those who lie about age (lots of them)
those whos first message ressembles a porn script
those who advertise and ask for payment / gifts ...ask or give
lots on the forum for many reasons
lots of local people for having no interest in them pre saves time
anyone with reference for licking pussy for hours
guys who use cock rings
and many many other reasons people will moan but it made our account a bliss to use one simple button makes all the deifference yes it could mean blocking load and indeed we have but we will never want to meet them for whatever reason and them us..... see so many post of people having problems with other and yet the answer is right there in front of them..

All the time.
Makes sense, if you have no intention of ever interacting with them or meeting them. Usually, they come to my attention following some nonsense or other they have posted on the forum or if I see something I don’t like on a profile.
I’ve found myself blocked by others who I’ve never had any contact with or spoken to. No problem at all. Makes the rest of fab smaller and more accessible.

yes, I have done that a few times.
If I read things on the profile or in the forums that put me off,
if I see things in the photos I don't like,
if I get pms from them which offend me and so on... especially if they have clearly ignorred our preferences.

Yup, all the reasons above. My two most frequent reasons are:
1. something they say in a forum that would seem to indicate we wouldn't get on (that's me being polite).
2. They are annoying on the local status lists.
Both are mostly for local people to me though, in case I accidently forget the above.
I do rarely block people from further away, but they really have to be saying awful stuff (in the forums) for me to do that. Or they have messaged me to be offensive (luckily only a couple so far). |

At the end of the day its yr profile u pay for it (in most cases) and u do whatever u want with it. No need to justify how u choose to use the site's features otherwise they wouldn't ave been put there in 1st place. |

We pre-block a lot.
So many men disrespect women here and think a shag is a "Gimme" - big mistake and not worth knowing them.
So many men admire/want a cock, but have "Straight" on their profile. We are all of live and let live, but we do not like liars, not worth knowing them.

Not really my thing and don't see the point. Unless someone is really abusive, tend to add private notes on people. Especially since I speak to lots of people on the forum, think if everyone blocked for sexual incompatibly it would make the forums a really dull place. |

Saves them filling up my updates and it saves time messaging if we are not compatible and I’m consequently never going to message

Not really.
I block if someone specifically gives me a reason to though.
I rarely search, don't really look at local updates and hardly ever clear my inbox. That's as much adnin time as I give it.
I've been blocked by others who have "pre blocked" me which is entirely their choice. While I might sometimes wonder why, I just move on |

So if they say on their profile they like a certain type and I don't fit into that type but decide to message them despite me not taking any notice of their preferences and they ignore/ delete message as they're not interested. I then block due to their lack of interest Im the shallow one? What does that make the person whose ignored/deleted my message without responding? U don't think they're equally as shallow?
Sounds like u've been blocked and are pissed off they didn't take the time to get to know u.
We all make quick judgements based on what we see in front of us. I'd say its quite normal human behaviour. |

When I (C) ran a single profile I would pre block for various non shallow reasons:
As a white male, if I pre-block a profile stating “BBC only” or “only reply to black men” that’s me being shallow?
As someone with no interest in recreational pharmaceuticals blocking profiles with “420 friendly”, “HnH” or “Looking for snow” is shallow?
In a similar vein, if there are other attributes outside of filters that I don’t meet, such as “6 foot plus only” does pre blocking make me shallow?

We don't pre block.
But we certainly block as soon as we get either a one line message or cock pic.
The biggest annoyance for us is people who clearly cannot be bothered to read our profile.
Although, after being here a month, we might start using the pre block for those users that having minging photos (by that we mean pictures with untidy rooms or rubbish on the floor. If they can't keep their home clean. It's a no from us)
