chest hair or shaven?

Genuine interest and trying not to get a biased answer as I am happy either way but what's best hairy or smooth?

(obviously smooth on a woman but you never know some guys out there may be into that so I shouldn't be so ignorant)

I love hairy, but not as much as a rug.
