I’ve used this site for a few years now, and had a few meets and met some fantastic people. I believe it’s the actual site now seems outdated and in need of a makeover? Maybe some more money poured into the development and group chat… what’s your thoughts please… |

Depends on how you use it,
I (Male) have used it for D/s relationships and are still open.
Now we use is it for catching up with friends (off here) and club events, so it works for us.
I suspect a change would be great there are things on the site that holistically unhealthy, however I still believe it is more around how you use the site, more than the platform. |

I think what maintains its success is the great audience (for the most part) that's accumulated here. It works. It's engaging and not much needs to change...
Of course design and features get stale and I'm sure there are some fun features that could be explored like those already mentioned - forum pics, pic comments etc.
Fab admin, got any product managers? Happy to offer some fun user feedback and explore what 'problems' could be solved to keep the great population of fab engaged  |

Why not try another site OP. When I worked, if I was not happy with the company, I'd leave unless they addressed my concerns A-Sap.
IMO and not ref you OP, rather than moan do something and if you can't, jog on is what I did and it worked.

I joined Fab at its concept and apart from a recent 18 month break have been ever present
Like above post the site has become a comfy pair of slippers. Nothing wrong with the site per se U have evolved
I have tried other more specialised sites but, keep coming back here.
This site is only as good as the person using it. The more effort you out in the more results you achieve
If you find it’s becoming a bit tedious then it’s more like you have discovered life in general can be a bit tedious.
Take what the site offers and make the most of it |

Think the op is actually talking about the website design and functionality rather than what the site is for.
I agree it could do with a update to a newer platform but with its size I am guessing this would be a major under taking. |

I've seen and been part of sites that have ran for years, then they have a massive design improvement and all of a sudden the site just dies off.
The type of user changes and so does the dynamic.
Eg Allowing pics in forums for example may be bad idea- 1 bandwidth increases so costs more to run site. Either adds advertising or subscription increases (maybe only subscribers can add photos?)
2- people just add photos directly on chat, so other people become 'lazy' , don't bother to check profile to see photos which used to lead to potential messages.
Making things easier, or more fun on main pages, changes the way site is used and so changes dynamics, interactions in ways not expected. All of a sudden stops working how it used to.
Like what many people have said, probably feels stale due to being here for so long, and not being something "new" to you/us. Rather than the site itself.

the site works for us the problem with updating will turn it in to slick junk like many other sites that look better but dont work ...
fab has made a few mistakes already in whats been added for me adding videos was a mistake as all thats done is make it more wanky ...
more can always be done because people always want more but will more take the site away from its core thing ..swinging lose that then fab is finished |

could do with a more modern forum board, can understand why not, due to attracting a wider audience that are only here for the forums and trolling, would be good though if you could upload pics and stuff to your posts, could have a rule no porn as it's not a porn site.
I was thinking more comedy value. |
