Hi all, we were out with friends (non swing friends) and as a group we got chatting about sex and how many times a week as a couple we have sex or pleasure each other. We are a 3 to 4 times a week and that seemed to blow their minds.
All have young families etc, as those that have them know the challenges that brings, but we wondered what the count is amongst others and if we are the exception or norm. Got us thinking that maybe this lifestyle makes us more active? |

Maybe it is the lifestyle but we are pretty much every day when we are together and sometimes that becomes a few times a day especially if we have just been meeting anyone else as then we can be at it constantly. We manage to fit that into a busy family life, is that not why kids go to school!
Although as Mr works away for a couple weeks at a time maybe that also adds to it that when together we do it more.
We are probably pretty well matched libido wise, and that's both high. Of course there have been times that this drops but over the 17 years we've been together it's been mostly consistent and we are both still hot for each other. |

Once or twice a week on average I'd say.
We're not interested in sex all the time, our alone time is usually spent actually having a conversation without children butting in. |

Average is usually 2 - 5 times a week. Some times more, rarely less. Usually depends on shifts. Some times we just don't see each other much. I have no doubt if work wasn't in the way it would be easily daily. |

At the moment twice a day since we agreed to opening our marriage up! Just talking about what we want to get up to is an amazing turn on, it feels like we are dating for the first time again and being so open with each other has been the best part!
We have been together 16 years and have always enjoyed sex but recently its revved up hugely. |

We have these same conversations with our non swinging friends and im always shocked at how little they have fun. We do something everyday. Occasionally we have a day off but when we do i just want it twice the day after to make up for it lol x |

I really really miss naked cuddles.
We've had separate bedrooms for over 10 years now. Don't get me wrong, we still love each other, but she lost all interest in sex ages ago.
The only time I can get near her is when she's pissed which is not very often!  |

It's varied over the years(was difficult to find time or energy when our twins were babies for example) but these days we rarely go a day without. Some days it will be four/five times that day. Others just once or twice depending on work hours, kids after school schedules and uni etc. Sometimes tho we get to the point where we have to stop for a few days just because we're feeling a little depleted, but so very hard to do lol |
