Hello. Going to my first adult party tonight as a single male, it's a private affair at a house. There will be couples and single females there. I'm quite nervous as it's my first one and I don't really know anyone. Normally anxiety would get the better of me and I'd bottle it but I'm determined to see it through and have a good time. I’ve been to parties on my own and even to a club this week. Nerves are totally understandable but just be friendly and approachable, go without expectations and enjoy it.
My thoughts are always that worst case scenario, I may be a bit bored. Best case scenario though is that I’ll meet new people, make new friends and have a great time. So far it’s always ended up as best case.
