Why do people chat happily away , start to make arrangements then block suddenly with no explanation. It’s rude and very frustrating as it has wasted time . Are they just fantasists? |

Yes , but annoying not so much disappointment about not meet , it’s the 2 hours of messages making an effort and then no explanation, just rude but yes move on
