Sub/dom dynamic

Jump to: Newest in thread

I am not a weak woman. In my day to day life I am assertive, feisty, opinionated, independent, I don't suffer fools.

However in the bedroom, I become his. I want to be his. To be owned, to be dictated to, to be subservient to his will and pleasure.

Some people don't understand this dynamic. Some so called doms think it's about cruelty, pain, humiliation, exploitation of physical weakness.

A real dom knows it's none of those things. A real dom knows how the sub controls everything. Without her willing submission, which he had to work hard to elicit, he has nothing, he has no power over her.

My dom makes me feel like a goddess in the bedroom. He protects me, worships me, respects me, understands me, and in return I do everything he asks because his pleasure is mine and mine is his.

Very well said. I used to have a female sub , it was a bout mutual respect and trust.

Amazing description. My Dom always puts my needs first. He gets off on my pleasure/reactions and I get off on pleasing him. Its a great dynamic

This is exactly it.

Perfect dynamic. Exactly how it should be.

I also derive please from her pleasure. And therefore she would be willing to please

It’s good you’ve found a dynamic that works for you but there are many different types of D/s relationships and they are not all like yours , it doesn’t mean they are not real Dom’s (or real subs).

I agree with you though it’s not about cruelty, pain and exploitation, but to say the sub controls everything is your opinion, your specific dynamic - for a start when in sub space the sub controls nothing and trusts the Dom to know what’s right. Outside of the bedroom many subs agree to relinquish control for all types of things from what to wear to performing tasks etc

La la land

I agree with some of your post but not all of it.

Some subs enjoy humiliation and that doesn't make them or their Dom less real.

The sub doesn't have all the power in my opinion either. A Dom can say they aren't comfortable with something, safeword and require aftercare same as a sub. If a scene goes wrong does that mean it's the subs fault as they are in control? Of course not it's a scene that both D and s have considered and planned together.

But totally agree there is nothing quite like it

Absolutely agree, either party can say no to something...I personally know I can so no to anything but not felt the need as yet...I trust him implicitly to know my limits.

I control everything personally. I trust my dom to know what's right and so far he has never been wrong..but If I don't allow it...its not happening.

Agree with this but also the advantage of both being switches is it goes both ways

If your Dom didn’t want to do something but you did, would they still go through with it?

I identify with some of what you've said and I am happy for you that you have a dynamic that makes you feel so amazing.

For me personally, the last thing I want is to be in control and to be worshipped. That kind of dynamic does not make me feel submissive and it actually makes me feel quite uncomfortable.

No...that's just about consent and mutual respect isn't it? No one should do anything sex wise they don't consent to.

This is certainly true for my Dom and I. It's nice to see someone put this side of it into the right words.

Yes, there are Doms and subs who are about pain, humiliation and more, but there are also Doms and subs who have this gentle, caring, loving relationship. The one where the sub wants to please her Dom because of how nice he is to her and with her.

That's the main relationship with my Dom, one we worked hard to get to and one we work on every day because respect and trust are the main things as they should be in every Dom/sub relationship. If we lose any respect and trust in any aspect of our relationship, it will affect the Dom/sub one too.
