Ok so we've got our first meet this week with a super gorgeous bloke, we've flirted like mad, agreed to meet up .......

And now the nerves have kicked in and i've realised that im actually going to be pretty much naked infront of someone else besides Mr R

aaaarrrrgggghhhh

Can you be a shy swinger? Is that a thing? Can I wear a onesie and just cut a few holes in it??????

How do you lot overcome all this? Its the dress down policy in clubs that puts me off too, im a big girl.

Help, stories and opinions please

Embrace the nerves and make them work for you instead of them controlling the situation. Plus after the first kiss.. all them feelings will ease.

Just go with the moment and don’t overthink it.

Wishing you a great meet and an unforgettable experience (in a good way! Lol)

I'm shy and lack self confidence, but found when I'm with someone, if I like them and feel comfortable with them, that all melts away quickly.

With clubs, I thought I'd struggle, but seeing everyone else dressing down made it feel really normal and I actually felt more confident dressed down as I blended in. I've now started to realise in that environment I love dressing down.

You also, shouldn't worry about your shape, the people in the clubs I've been to are all just very average people and you will fit in perfectly.

Just do it! Everybody must get nervous stripping off for the first time. After a few times most love getting their kit off

Mrs Magic dreadsnthe thought of getting naked but when play starts, the lights get turned down and she just gets caught up in the moment and ends up naked.

But, do what makes you comfortable.

Firstly, don't get worked up and stressed about it. Relax as you're going out to have fun. You've got pictures on your profile, which are great BTW, so I'm sure the bloke you're meeting will have seen them and knows exactly what to expect. Relax, be yourself, and you go and have fun!

I'm a little shy about my baby flap. I've had sections! However, I like to wear chemises, although they are see through and lace, they still give me that bit of coverage for confidence!

He's seen your photos, he's flirted with you, he wants you

I'm big as well but I have a few outfits that mean I can play without getting totally naked

Don't let your nerves interfere with your fun just keep repeating my first sentence in your head over & over again

I used to feel like this. That’s why all my early meets I wore a basque and stockings. The basque can be laced to cinch in my wobbly bits and the stockings showed off my legs which are (in my opinion) my best feature.

I’m nowhere near as self conscious now but it helped me to start with.

My wife is shy and needs a few drinks and some intelligent conversation with the guy before she feels relaxed and comfortable, once she is then her inhibitions go out the window just be yourself and go at your pace not anyone else's.

Enjoy the nerves and get excited. You’ll have fun.

Clubs literally attract ever size and shape of person, so I’m sure you’ll feel quite relaxed when you get there. Dress down policies for women don’t tend to be as strict, so as long as it’s not something you’d wear to the shops, you should be ok.

I hope you beat the nerves and enjoy yourself

You're all a epic bunch, thanks for all the advice. I'll let you know if I opt for a crotchless onesie or something pretty

I sympathize with you, but you should feel lucky you are not a man, as our stress and shyness can be visible and destroy a meeting

This is so true.

And we as a couple get nervous.

But nervs keep things real.

They add to the excitement, the anticipation.

Well I've just had a look at your profile pics and whilst it's easy to say, trust me, he won't be disappointed. I can guarantee that there are several thousand other guys (and girls!) on the site that would gladly swap places with him or your husband if they had the chance.

It's okay to be a bit nervous, but all of you are there because you want to be there.

I just hope you're going to post some pics afterwards! Have a Fab time!

That it. Every time your with anyone new, is always the first time. That's for everyone. It took me a few years to cotton onto the fact that just like most women don't spend the time picking apart and criticising someone's body in our head, well guys down t spend the whole time thinking.. yuk that wobbles..eurg those arms.. they too busy enjoying themselves..I hope lol

I have these same nerves at every meet! But it's absolutely fine, you'll be absolutely fine. I find biting the bullet and going straight in for a kiss relieves the nerves.

I've bought a few outfits that fit perfectly and I felt amazing in them until I saw myself in the mirror and had to get changed straight away into big baggy comfies in horror. I can see all my horrid wobbly bits and in all honesty I don't know how im ever going to overcome this besides loosing a hell of alot of weight. Ive gone from feeling super confident and happy to self loathing and sad again. Pffffffttt

It's just you feeling that way.

Many people love all those natural, wobbly bits. Personally, I think you look great.

I say if you felt amazing in them, keep hold of 'that' feeling.

Once you start seeing how others appreciate your body how it is, that will start boosting your self confidence.
