Breaking Your Own Rules....

Ok people, on alot of peoples profiles they have clear set rules in regards to age, ethnicity, sexual acitivies etc....
But are there any occassions where u have broken ur own rules or would be willing to do so....
For example, alot of females have no anal sex on their profiles, but if they're dream guy (i.e. brad pitt or some1) said they only wanted to do anal, would you oblige????

nope...we decided our rules as a couple when we started on this little past time of ours...we have to have absolute trust in each other in every situation...our rules are for each other and under pin our time spent with others so we would never change them on the spur of the moment or in the heat of the action
that isn't to say that they don't evolve over our time and through our experiences or if new fantasies pop up but only after discussion and agreement from both of us... |

Depends on the what you mean by rules?
There are some things like age where we have a rough guideline but it's not set in stone.
Then there are some sexual activites that we might choose to do (depending on our mood etc) Equally there are some that are a definite no!

Done some work way up north last year bumped into a husband and wife who swing as a cpl only no singles EVER !
Well after three weeks of drinking in the same pub on a Thursday was asked to come back for a nite cap if that's what you call it 
Cut a long story short the wife just loves cock but the hubby would only let her play if he could get "some" !!! But she kept on at him to give her a try on her own whilst the chance was there plus I had three weeks to work my charm also they were safe in the fact that as soon as my contract was up I'd be gone !
Just wondering who's rules do people play by could be lot of not unless I get some going on but who knows

We decided on our rules in order to keep things clear. We regularly talk about our rules and what and who we are looking for, we then decide whether things have changed and whether we need to change the rules but, once agreed, our rules are our rules and we will stick to them.

the only rule we would bend is the age rule as that really does depend on the person
everything else is either a no no and we will always stick to that and some things are "with the right" people only so we'd only do if we were really happy, i.e. seperate room swap |

Not sure but certain things I wouldn't bend the rules for but in a club, for example, I wouldn't ask how old someone was so long as they looked nearer my age, yes I would bend my age preference but wouldn't bend it a lot. All the rest, no I wouldn't |

there are so many types of rules its impossible for anyone to say, some will be set in stone, some will be there as a gage.
for instance "no bareback" we see this alot but then after meeting a couple a few times people "only go bareback with them"
No asians, blacks etc, generally this is just preference and not a rule as such.
never play on first meet ( i bet people that put this have done before and will again)
etc
rules are there for others to know what you dod and do not like i guess |

Many moons ago we had countless rules but over the years many of then just kinda disappeared so now see our rules more of guidelines which may or may not be bent in certain circumstances (obviously if both of us are in agreement) |

Some rules I insist on for my own security and they have developed after some dodgy experiences so I wouldn't break those ones.
But though I do prefer tall, toned, muscular men aged between 25-50 I will be flexible on those if I meet someone at a club and their personality wins me over. HOWEVER I would be very unlikely to play with a 5ft tall 5ft wide 70 year old no matter how much fun he was! 
As for my likes, well there are boxes I haven't ticked which I indulge in. But those are activities I choose to do with people I know and trust or that I only do when I fancy it so I don't want anyone expecting something only to be disappointed when I say not today thanks.  |

I always establish in advance what 'rules' people have, so as to avoid potentially awkward moments - it's then up to them as to whether they choose to stick to them or not...
....And if they do stray towards something outside their set of rules, I will ask if they're sure they want to continue before going along with it.... |

The only rule we have that is set in stone is neither of us play alone.
The other preferences that we have on our profile can be changed....ie the day we play or the age range of the person we play with.
The sex won't change even if Brad pitt turned up, if we are not into something because it doesn't turn us on then nothing will change that....but...we only have the obvious bounderies set anyway in sex , ie illegal stuff. |

No never. I have preferences but not rules.
I would also never break someone else's rules either. A couple I played with had a no kissing rule. She tried to kiss me mid action so I turned my face (I love kissing) he thanked me afterwards and she apologised. |

I dont really have any rules, my rules are, if it feels good do it
I do have age limits but i dont class them as rules, and i have met a few guys under my age limit in the past, if i see a good looking guy who i get on with im not going to turn him down cause hes 2 years younger than my profile says

My rules refer to what other people can do, not what i can do.
The advantage (oh my god finally there is one) of being single on fab is i dont need agreement or debate with myself if i want to change or break a rule.
I can see why couples have them, and why they stick to them on a meet and debate later if they want to ammend the rules of engaement.
I have been in a position with a couple where one of them wanted to do something that they had not discussed and it was a very awkward moment.

We have rules we set when we started swinging 2 years ago. Some have remained hard rules that will never be broken. Some we have changed slightly and some are gone completely.
Then there are some that do bend but only for certain exceptional people |

I think its more important for couples to have rules so that they both know what the boundaries are.
If the two of you decide when you are alone to discuss change and ammend them thats cool.
What it does do is stops any awkward moments during play when one of a couple might be tempted to break one or two.
As a single guy most of my meets have been mfm and i am happy to fit in with a couples rules / ideas.
I am pretty laid back about what i do or dont do. |

i have on my profile that i only meet men, though i have had a message from a couple that seem nice and i might be meeting them, when they are in my area.
only men age 30 to 50 on my profile, though sometimes meet younger men if i think they are mature for their age or much older men if they seem nice. |

What winds me up about people's rules is, we get couples messaging us wanting to meet and their profile says won't meet smokers. We say sorry kitty smokes, and they turn round and say 'oh we don't mind that really!!!'
WTF, I do tend to kick off a little bit and ask why put it on ya bloody profile then!

How dare you suggest that people break rules on a whim. Why, I've never been so offended and am thinking about consulting either a lawyer or contract killer.

My partner broke one of our rules last night  I'm gutted to be honest. So much trust I had in him, being new to swinging gutted this has been broken. He says I'm over reacting by ending 'our' relationship he doesn't see what he did as a break of rules. How do I or am I supposed to react, I've done the angry at him, now in the emotional bit have I been played for a fool. |

That's one of ours as well. The smoking one is an other....but we've played with some one who smoked, we only found out after.. No problem as we couldn't tell but others have tried smelling of old fags and that was a huge turn off... Most of the other rules are guide lines. However that doesn't meen ignore our prefrences and message us....lol |

Years ago we had a rule No anal with others.
Then on about our 2nd swaping with a couple we compared notes on the previous evening and found we had both broken the rule me taking the womans arse and my partner being taken in the arse by the husband lol.
So dont really have many rules now
But always respect other peoples!! |
