There are various things that I’ve considered:

All of your scenarios OP seem to ignore the fact that the woman also has a say in this.
You speak of things being done to her, of her being used, of the man including her in HIS fantasies.

We see it this way, although there are multiple reasons we love it. For me (mr), I see it as part of our foreplay.
