I just hang my head out the front door, look up the street then down the street if no one takes my fancy I'm straight back indoors to put a repeat of top gear on. |

When I say local I mean local!
Funny someone tried to set up a meet in/for Epsom a while back (still trying to), something nice & local.
I'd say the majority of respondents were bloody miles away & mainly blokes. Which kind of indicates most men seem to be willing to travel some distance for a social & just on the off chance of a possibility!

For my first meet from here we travelled and hour (on my couples account)
I wouldn't do that again, I now only meet at home but try to only meet guys a 15-20 minute drive away, I don't see any point making people travel further |

From Stockport to Cornwall numerous times I lost count, many trips to Brighton, Portsmouth, London, Bristol, Sellafield, Oxford, Newcastle and others. Once a flight to Spain and back for £30 via sleasyjet.
All worth the trip and many good friends to be had.
Sometimes the drive was part of the anticipation and time to chill and reflect on the way home listening to music on cruise control.

Utterly dependent on the connection. I have a friend in Chicago I will visit sometime and another in Dundee I will visit in a few months. Most of the time I like to remain local so I'm not tired by the time we meet, but I'm prepared to go anywhere. |

Wont travel far now as too many timewasters. Most have no intention if meeting sadly. Nothing worse than wasting free time travelling to meet a fantasist. |

I’ve travelled London to Birmingham for a meet. She lives in Wales so we booked a hotel. For a more regular meet I’d prefer someone within 30 mins travelling time. |

Distance should never be an issue if it's to meet someone that Rocks your world for whatever time it takes to get there and for whatever time is spent there because believe me nothing else matters if you find someone here or in the real world that just for some unknown reason fills your soul so naturally , miles should not be an obstacle. |

30 - 60 mins usually. Not close to home but not to far as a rule.
Me and K like the drive though, we have our tunes on and its our little road trip to the land of naughtiness |

This depends on what people are looking for.
When there’s a mutual attraction, great chemistry and both like the same kinks etc it’s worth travelling for. Always nice to visit places I’ve not been too and spend the weekend |

Prior to joining fab I've taken 3 or 4 flights to England.
Since joining the site the furthest has been 3 hours away but now I expect anyone I'm meeting to be equally invested and to make a similar effort.
Happy to meet halfway but usually no more than an hour. |

I had a long distance relationship with a girl in the US so would regularly make a 4500 mile trip to see her, but that wasn't just a meet! Lol
For a meet on here, I'd say no more than 45 minutes to maybe an hour at the most |

Interesting range of views presented here, from the convenience side of planning and meeting easily to the balanced need for some distance and simple avoidance when living your day to day life. As with everything in this world, it’s a personal choice ???? |

Depends who it is tbh, but in general a
semi-regular would be about an hour otherwise so much time is wasted on the journey.
However, I'd happily travel much further if I can also turn it into a day trip or if I have really clicked with the person. For instance I travelled 3 hours to have a social day out with someone the other weekend, had a brilliant time and would happily do that again (but there might need to be more cake involved) |

One word of advice for travelling..
Do your best to check they are genuine.. 15 years ago, was given address for a meet when Sat Nav was new. Entered said details with no checks or phone call and drove 120 miles.
Arrived, knocked on door which was answered by a very stunning nurse in her uniform. It was only then that I realised that the address was an old folks home, and yes it was a wind-up.
Gotta a cup of coffee a day a laugh before leaving and dropped by friends on the way back.. |

"Travelled 243 miles for one meet.
I’m now marrying her.
congratulations….Take note people…Don’t limit yourself by jumping up and down in that puddle, when you can be swimming in the ocean."
What does that mean? Lol |

Ahhh yeah we read it again, don’t interpret as us saying you guys are jumping up and down in a puddle lol…Point being other people have limited themselves due to distance etc… and you guys didn’t and have now found that special bond |
