"Would you meet someone shorter than yourself??
One of my work colleagues and I were talking about height and would we date someone shorter than us. "

Well it's back to size again  I'm 5"2ish so wouldn't be a issue,all my meets have been way taller or not by much,including dates relationships not much taller. It's more about the chemistry rather than a preference |

The both of us are literally the opposite sides of the scale, he is 6ft 4 and she is 5ft 1. It’s highly unlikely, basically impossible that we will ever come across a taller woman than him or a shorter man than her lol |

I think its not something men think about as much, at 6’1” (actually 6’1.75” but fraction not matter above certain height haha so just say 6’1”) can honestly say love both but the woman that probably left me struck more than anyone ever in life was about my height but honestly not an issue |

I prefer women size 12 and below which is my preference....so women liking guys of a certain height is just the same from a women's point of view...its a preference

I like guys around 6ft.
I did date someone who was only a couple of inches taller than me and I really couldn’t wrap my head around it. Shame really but it didn’t work for me |

Yes it's all about what we're attracted to & sometimes we have absolutely no control over it. Ya can't force an initial attraction if it's not there. But sometimes a persons personality will make you find them very attractive after time. |

I'm 5ft4 and my husband is 5ft6. I prefer men not to be too tall as I don't like being towered over or having to go on tiptoes for a kiss.
I turned one man down on here for being too tall - he was 6ft7 and said it was the first time he'd been turned down based on his height.
As for dating, it was never a big issue. I happened to fall in love with a shortie. I wouldn't have refused him if he was shorter than me and am certain I would have got used to it if he was ridiculously tall. My preference for men around my own height is probably because that's what I'm used to. |

I've also met a couple of guys that were 6ft 9. We look real silly together outside the bedroom. But who cares? |
