Yep. See them.often.
Not uncommon to see and account with one veri from years ago that was a social only, has 10 year old photos (going by upload dates) and but still turns on meet now every other day and posts updates implying they've just met somone from fab.
Dreamers gonna dream I guess. |

"Does anyone else see a single verification, particularly one that's quite aged, is a bit of a warning sign?
Warning sign in what way?"
More likely to be keyboard wankers in my experience with little intention of actually meeting.
Doesn't help if that one verification is from a hidden profile.
If the profile can be seen and is also well verified then it lessens the likelihood. |

Not everyone bothers with verifications, but it doesn't make them any less genuine.
The couple I meet regularly and I never got round to verifying each other, but as we aren't desperately seeking, it doesn't really matter. |

Tricky things really. At clubs, I usually forget to mention my account unless some else brings it up. As a black man in Yorkshire, there’s also a very niche market of people interested of which makes is difficult to get verified.
Think I’ll start wearing a tag saying “Please verify me” when I’m in clubs |

we dont show our verifications, its nobody else buissines who we have plaid with, we prefere to make our own minds up, thats why we always have a social first, however we do prefere people who are verified, even if its not shown, at least it means they have actualy turned up to meet someone |

How does one hide verifications? My only one is from a TS friend of mine and some people are turned off by it |

Very often a guy will set up a couples profile or a single female profile, to use to verify his single guy profile.

It's not uncommon for people to set up a couples profile or a single female profile, to use to verify their own profile. So not a fail-safe. |

Not everyone uses only this site, and while i have been on here on and off for quite some time, I have found other avenues to explore.
I do like to visit here and see whats going on but as a single guy i find that even getting a reply is not easy, never mind a verification.
This however does not mean that I will stop looking and messaging the profiles that attract me. |

Hardly a warning sign given a lot of people didn’t meet due to covid.
I no longer take notice of verifications or want them - too many bear little resemblance to what happens in a meet
Worst one I ever had was from a narcissist after a social who said he had a lovely time in a bar sitting in nice cosy armchairs and the company (me) was good! The verification was 99% about the venue and I was obviously an afterthought at the end.
Some people write shit so in hope the verification is never shown so people don’t realise how many meets they’ve had |

Your very is better displayed atm because once read its clear its a social meet not a sex meet veri.
If you hide it people won't be able to see what type of veri it was but it will still shoe your only very came from a TV/TS in the summary (which can't be hidden)
