No it does not make it bigger it just makes it easier to get hard and maybe last a little longer.Also a slight side effect is that you cannot sleep on your stomach  |

If you are in any endurance sports such as iron man or triathlon then it's one of the legal tweaks - you can go longer, harder and better - with faster recovery between events.
