I'm often intrigued to see these on fab. They seem to be popular on the neck or just above the genital area.

Do they symbolise that the bearer only takes black cock? Or that any black cock will do? Does wearing one on the neck invite you to introduce yourself?

And are there any other symbols like this that signify certain things? Explanations and evidence please!
