"Wish I loved my mum bod at the moment "
You are absolutely gorgeous! Believe me I know it’s really hard to love the changes it goes through but you are incredible!
Taking some self portraits helped me and not worrying about what everyone else thought xx |

Love mum bods, although i’d argue that they are just normal. No need to say they are ‘mum’ bods. Either way i know what you mean and id always prefer a ‘mum’ bod. |

Mum bod here and very proud, nobody is perfect but feeling comfortable in your own skin is what's its all about.
As long as you feel sexy and confident who cares if you don't look like you did in your younger days, you are you now so enjoy it |

I don't like my body but I'm now at the point in my life where I refuse to let my insecurities hold me back.
All bodies are unique passports of lives lived, adventures had, stories, journeys, experiences.
If someone doesn't like the look of mine that's their concern, it's not my business.
Realising this has taken me a very long time but I'm so glad I have. |

Yours is amazing. I can say hands down you have a lovely bod (and your photos are amazing as well).
You absoultely shouldnt worry what anyone else thinks.

Before lockdown I felt good in myself and meeting .
Since lockdown , being diagnosed with long covid and two stone weight on .
So I guess lost my mojo , especially when I get a text to meet from what I consider a stunning guy . |

"What do you all define as a mum bod though? "
I was wondering this myself tbh..
Mums can still range from around size 6 (I wish) to size 26+
I think the only usual similarities are less pert boobs and a saggier or larger tum - along with stretch marks for many.
Some mums don’t have any of the above though.
After my oldest child I just had the droopy boobs - the rest of me returned to a firm size 10. Then again - I was only 23. Xx |

"My body grew 3 children, how bloody amazing and that is what I say to myself when the body doubts kick in. Mum bodies are deserving of all the love and attention."
Exactly this! Your bodies are amazing to have grown babies inside them! |

I was the same. Quitting smoking and two more children later soon changed that. Lol. The mr loves my body no matter shape or size and so do I but my tummy is my biggest turn off! |

Anyone who’s given birth to a child! No matter how you’re body looking for me it’s incredible what the body goes through and yes
I used to envy the people who didn’t have the tum sag, and stretch marks but I’ve grown from that ridiculous feeling specially as I know some women would love to have those stretch marks 3
So for me a ‘mum bod’ is any size, any shape, anyone who has given birth and is learning the self confidence to embrace every aspect of themselves and try not to compare themselves to others 3 |

Totally agree. All us mums should be very proud of what we have and not what we once had. |

Just grateful to be a Mum. Albeit older and definitely have the scars and the tummy to prove it. Proud Mums Bod maybe not but heck it's what I have. He loves it and I'm happy with that. It's the "little" things |

I can relate to that.
I’m currently overweight so my tummy looks (to me) awful. As a contrast my boobs look pretty good as the extra weight has made them fuller and less pendulous.
However - when I lose weight my stomach will look smaller (but still with loose skin from 3 babies) and my boobs will look like spaniels ears again!
As many women will attest - weight gain/loss from middle age onwards is a constant balancing act.
Getting one body part to look ‘better’ seems to necessitate another looking worse.
It’s enough to make you turn to the wine and chocolates! |

Mum bods are incredibly sexy! I really like the confidence that comes with it and that adds to the attraction. A picture shows the sexy body but the confidence also comes through in the conversation. Visually and mentally turned on |

This! It’s having the confidence in yourself that’s appealing to me. I have 2 kids and more confident now that I was 15yrs ago. |
