Who likes them and who doesn’t?
I personally don’t mind them, sometimes I like to send them if the persons bio says the get bombarded by messages plus I never like to be a pester.
What are your thoughts? |

"I like a wink. Lets people you know your interested rather then writing a message out for them not to be interested "
Yes! This is exactly what I was thinking |

Most of the time they are from people with nothing on their profile.
Don't mind winks from people with something to look at and read but delete button usually gets a hammering

Absolutely agree with you on this, what’s the point of having a blank account in general!? |

Some of the best meets we've had (over the years and profiles) have began with a wink.
Used correctly, they're very useful.
Profile one winks
Profile two winks back
Profile one then sees that as an invite to message and does so
Saves all those pointless messages from those that haven't read a profile, clearly don't match criteria or have no profile content. |

Very true, chaps are expected to write war n peace , then just for it to be ignored. Winks opens up a offer of interest. People who dont like them need to open up a male account and see how they get on |

Very true, wish more would adopt this system |

I think they are the best way to be honest, there’s nothing worse than composing a message for someone to delete it, a wink is perfect to say I’m interested are you? |

"I don't mind getting them, just never sure how to respond lol"
With a wink, and then you've shown your interest.
Then it's up to the original winker to message haha |

They are hit and miss but still a good way to see if the attraction is mutual before sending a message.
People who don't check them could be missing out, I always message if I wink them and get one back. |

Winks are, in our opinion, pointless. |

In fab world I think a lot of couples and single females see winks as a lazy way of contacting, plus they receive so many every day it becomes easier just to ignore them.
But guys are more inclined to like winks as we generally aren't getting hit with a shit load of them every day and we maybe also see winks as a friendly non pushy way to show interest.
Personally I don't send them very often and prefer to message. |

They’re great for showing an interest without having to waste time writing a message or wasting their time reading it.
Some guys on here literally send hundreds of messages daily on here with not many replying so for them surely the wink is a quick and easy way of saying hello.
Luckily I receive a ridiculous amount of messages and winks each decade ha.
Have fun people |

I enjoy winks. I think they're a useful and low-intensity way to signal interest... but then that's because I'm lucky if I get a couple of them a year.
If you're getting thousands every day, I can see why you'd find them less useful. |

I send them,as I realise lady's and couples get inundated with mail,so rather than send a message which potentially won't be read,I wink, that way they know I like them and then they have a choice of ignoring or either winking back ,to which I would then send a message,or messaging me |
