Why is it disrespectful?
If they are not real, they are fake. If you insert something to make them look bigger than they are naturally, then that is fake. Similarly if a guy injects saline into his penis to make it larger..His true size is real, his increased size is fake.
The term ' enhanced' is arguably more disrespectful as this implies having implants is an improvement..whereas it is subjective and only an improvement to those who approve the alternate aesthetics. |

I prefer natural... Dome just look too fake... Some botched fakes are not too far away either...Botched as in some just look like 2 melons were inserted...Not a good look IMO |

I never thought of that...  Thanks for your thoughtful comment. I was referring to the peeps who have enhancements just to look better & think they've had a great `boob job` when in fact they look totally botched & abnormal not the peeps who have had surgery due to illness. I really appreciate you highlighting
this fact. |

I think it depends on whose boobs they are. With implants etc how well it’s been done and the purpose. Some are looking to just boost what they had. Others to go a bit over the top. For me I don’t think I could be bothered as your meant to have them removed after so long are you not? I’m ok with what nature gave me. Though not against people doing things to make them personally feel better and certainly in favour of surgery after illness if wanted. |

One of my best friends has had reconstructive surgery after a double mastectomy she needed to save her life.
Losing her breasts and hair were traumatic. Her hair is growing back, but is still very short.
Her breasts are scarred but beautiful, as is she.
She’d hate them to be called fake. They’re simply her breasts. |

Mer a fake boobed lady once and she was so protective about them during the play that we ended the play within 15 min.
She wouldn't allow gentle caressing either |
