I really don't get it.
So be warned a little moan and groan approaching your way

We set this page up on fab as a easy way to meet people and to share our experiences
So far all we have experienced is let downs. 
I don't get it tho. What are we doing so badly wrong as we are newbies after all.!
Sure we are clueless and no doubt we doing something incorrectly

We've not had any no shows so far for intimate meets but are really picky about who we meet for threesomes or more intimate meets.
Few let downs on dogging meets but we expect that and over compensate on these.
Maybe take a bit more time to get a feel for people before you meet? I tend to chat to them for quite a bit beforehand and that's worked well for us.

It happens to us all.
I don't think it's us doing anything wrong I think it's just some people get a kick out of knowing you would of.
My last no show had me buy her favourite drink and put other things off I needed to do then block me minutes before she should of turned up.
It's no loss to me and I guess some do have genuine excuses or reasons but a lot do it for attention or kicks or just to waste other people's time.The genuine ones make up for it though and make it all worth while.Dont let them get you down as it's them that are missing out on good times and look past the idiots and you will find your smiles with the genuine ones  |

It's why we play in clubs: Firstly no shows are never a problem and secondly you get to see exactly what people look like before committing to play. The third advantage is that in a club I can always find multiple guys for a moresome! |

We totally agree , we also started fab as a easy way of meeting likeminded people, but it’s anything from easy , chat a little with people to then be ignored, do they move on to the next ,or chatting to lots at time , don’t think we are that bad looking, lol obviously being soft swap and bisexual lady , limits us slightly but what else are we doing wrong, of course don’t want a instant fuck but not months chatting either , thought it would be a lot more fun than this and as for people liking the chase , done lots of that and I’m a lady , and that hasn’t worked out either, lol xx |

Feel your pain op as it happens to most people on here at some time or another.
This is our third time on here and it’s been the most enjoyable for my wife by a country mile and it’s all because of how we set up our profile which helps cut out most of the wasters and wank bunnies .
You live in the fens but I’m sure you still get a lot of attention but we live in central France and we have to manage our socials and meets to exclude any time wasters because distance is always involved one way or another.

Where are you arranging to meet? Could that be the problem? They prefer house/hotel etc |

Been on here for about 3 to 4 years. Most of our fun is at clubs, as there are no disappointments, but have met some privately at the house or hotels, most are lovely and respectful. In all this time we have has 2 no shows so I cant complain. I am sure it happens to everyone at some point. Dont give up, keep going and have fun. |

OP I think it’s because there are so many Faux Couples on fab where the guy is fantasising about swinging and sharing his wife but in reality she probably doesn’t even know and he probably hasn’t even discussed it with her. It’s a minefield but through lengthy dialogue and a phone call you can spot the fakes from the real ones. Good luck you have a great profile so I am sure you will do well |

the longer your on the scene the more you get to work things out .... we do things ourway we are heavy blockers we dont cam use phones or apps yet we cant remember the last time we got let down with a meet .... the dreamers are easy to spot and avoid over time but most inportant is ..block |

Do you get into sex talk and photo swapping?
If so, that's the issue. They just want wank material.
Other than that, it's incredibly difficult to find the right people on here.
My husband and I go to clubs, this works really well for us. |

I have had, from another site , two weekends running. No shows , blocked just day of final arrangements. Yes did as many checks etc as possible. Voice call also. This females. Either they get cold feet etc. Change their mind. It is a pain. . How to avoid ? |

I had a short notice meet arranged this week swooped pics give me the post code I finished work early drove 15 miles went to the street give me a door number that the street didn’t go up to then ghosted me.
When I put a post up asking if I should name and shame I got messages saying I was a troll even though I had the chat log showing I wasn’t |

Had a no show yesterday. Get them a lot - this time an hour after he was due he finally messaged to say something had happened at work. When asked if he was till coming he said he had his kids rounds - so was obviously never intending to visit anyway.
Difficult to stop this happening - circumstances mean we can't devote while evenings to clubs so we arrange stuff at home. Now not giving any more second chances - an hours notice that they're not coming or the get blocked straight away. |
