Yes. You just have to take your time and build up to your whole hand going in. Not all ladies like it (understandably), and some don't like more than slight movement when you are there, whereas others like a good pounding.

Fisting isn't something we do often as a couple but when it does happen it is very horny.

I've done this to 2 exes and neither had experienced it before. Both have had children though. I just took it slowly with lots of lube, although I also don't have the biggest hands in the world either! Lol
