Stamina & fitness levels is it important in the bedroom… personally yes, lots of high end cardio & running is a big part of my game without this fitness levels I don’t think I could do it, what’s people views |

I'm 56 not 26 but a HIIT approach to sex always seems to work best and is the preference of anyone I've met.
Short bursts of intensity interspersed with rest and tactile touching rather than a marathon which gets boring and monotonous after a while. |

Not to me... in fact the last thing I want is a guy who thrusts for ages. I prefer variety.

I remember about 10 years ago I was out of shape, maybe even overweight. I hadn't had sex for a while and when I did I was out of breath afterwards; took me a while to recover.
Ironic thing is now I'm actually trying to bulk up and gain weight. I've made sure I do loads of walking and I do pilates\yoga to avoid back pain, but any added flexibility is a bonus. The main thing is to keep shagging. |

Yes! Exactly this.
Ebb and flow is much more preferable. I don't want drilled for hours or flipped about from one position to another in quick succession. If either needs a bit of time out that's totally OK...and it's sometimes these interludes - and how they're used - that take a session from good to bloody brilliant |

We all like different things, I'm sure. Personally, I like spending time with men who enjoy long, lustful sessions of passionate intimate, sometimes kinky sex, and I'm generally the last one standing, so a reasonable level of fitness is definitely preferable...for both of us.
