I think one thing that also influences peoples choices with this is also the assumption that fake boobs can equal fake personalties..people that are so obsessed with themselves they are narcissistic or 'posy'..

If fake makes the fem feel happier and more confident about herself then so be it. Think we'd all prefer real, but we're not all blessed, so either is nice. Not fans of the "smuggling beach balls down your top" look though, but at least fake always point in the right direction |

dont bother me to be honest, if having a boob job gives a woman more confidance then im all for it, id sooner meet woman who had fake boobs that made her happy and confidant that a woman with real boobs and hang ups |

Think it depends on how its done. Sometimes you see incredibly thin women who are over the age of fifty with perfectly spherical breasts that look like someones cut a melon in half and glued them to the poor girls chest. . . . Not good.
But the teardrop implants can look so much more natural and authentic. |

Have to be real for me, and regardless of size I'd rather have them over fakes. But being a shallow male, I'd never turn down fakes, as I am a breast guy and just adore them in every shape or size  |

An ex of mine had a boob job due to seem esteem issues and I can't tell you what a difference they made to her.
They weren't huge as she was quite small to begin with and I thought she looked fantastic anyway but the confidence boost it gave her was amazing. She became a totally different lover, confident, sexual...amazing! |

Mr here, I dont mind which to be honest but if pushed real are better, But that said ive seen the difference a boob op had on my Mrs she is more confident and how she loves to try clothes on now, as before she never felt right with being flat chested, So for these reasons Fake are best as they have made the love of my life happy xxx |
