I have attempted dp with a few couples before. Only on two occasions has it been successful.

It can be very tricky to get the angles right. Also it depends on the anatomy of the participants. Long cocks and slim buttocks are the best combination. If you have small cocks and or beer belly and a fuller figured rump it's very difficult to penetrate both holes. We love DVP, both guys need to be of a reasonable size (nothing ridiculous) but most importantly - hard! All parties need to be relaxed and we're still lucky enough that natural lubrication is sufficient, some might need a little additional help.
