I am not too sure as the context wasn't given but I am guessing that "She's vanilla" means that she isn't into anything that would be considered kinky. i.e She would be more than happy with a bit of oral and sex in the missionary position.

From what I understand "vanilla" means "standard" or "conventional".

Vanilla often refers to not being into swinging, bdsm etc. Big but, some one who is into something will call others not in their scene vanilla so a bdsm fan would call a swinger vanilla as they aren't into bdsm. A swinger could call a person vanilla as they don't swing but are into rubber etc. It's context needs to be known...

often read "single" men say they play alone because their wife is vanilla IE dosen't know and dosen't play, but mostly dosen't know! lol
