Well, very recently fisting and other images were banned (if made in the UK).
Under ammendments made in 2014 to the the Communications Act 2003 pornography which depects the following (and was created in the UK) was made illegal for publication online, bringing online laws in line with those for pornography sold in sex shops/dvds.

These changes were mostly overturned in 2019, but the very recent shift is obviously concerning for anyone involved in running a site which could fall under the banner of 'pornography' - which this site very likely would.
There's a dividing line between seeing and doing.
There's that often borne idea of "what goes on in the privacy of someone's bedroom, behind closed doors".
It's acceptable to meet someone looking to do certain things and even to talk about them.
But under pornography/extreme pornography laws, it's often a step too far to publish images of the same.
I can see why the site would err on the side of caution and stop the uploading of certain images.
It's easier to not have them on the site than to try to remove them if they are banned again.

Well, very recently fisting and other images were banned (if made in the UK).
Under ammendments made in 2014 to the the Communications Act 2003 pornography which depects the following (and was created in the UK) was made illegal for publication online, bringing online laws in line with those for pornography sold in sex shops/dvds.

Penetration by any object "associated with vio1ence"
Physical or verbal abuse (regardless of if consensual)
Urolagnia (known as "water sports")
Role-playing as non-adults
Physical restraint
Humiliation

These changes were mostly overturned in 2019, but the very recent shift is obviously concerning for anyone involved in running a site which could fall under the banner of 'pornography' - which this site very likely would.
There's a dividing line between seeing and doing.
There's that often borne idea of "what goes on in the privacy of someone's bedroom, behind closed doors".
It's acceptable to meet someone looking to do certain things and even to talk about them.
But under pornography/extreme pornography laws, it's often a step too far to publish images of the same.
I can see why the site would err on the side of caution and stop the uploading of certain images.
It's easier to not have them on the site than to try to remove them if they are banned again.
On a different note raised in this thread:
Extreme pornography laws are there to "protect society, particularly children".
And they cover images which are "Grossly offensive, disgusting or otherwise of an obscene character"
