Ok so by the looks of it, its daily and regardless of horn level!
Does anyone know what the equivalent for girls is called? I often wake up horny with wet knickers and pj bottoms lol |

Reading up a little on morning erections, some interesting nuggets "stick out"  .
* the common medical phrase seems to be "nocturnal penile tumnescence". Catchy.
* most males have erections whenever they are in REM sleep. This includes many boys and even some babies but almost all males from puberty on.
* if you wake up normally then you'll pass through REM sleep on the way to wakefulness, which is why most men will note a morning erection. They probably also had a few while sleeping but didn't notice.
* if you are male and you don't get erections while you sleep it can (but doesn't have to) mean that you have underlying cardiovascular problems.
* those REM sleep erections don't seem to have much to do with horniness, although what you do about them when you wake up might .
* sadly I didn't see anything about the equivalent in women, or what it might be called. I'll suggest moist morning. |

I usually wake up with it as hard as a diving board at around 5am, which isn't actually the most useful time! Nothing to do with being horny at all, I can feel literally no sexualness, but it's there anyway.
