It depends if the person likes them being played with I would assume.
Larger nipples can make clamps easier to attach, makes them easier to pinch, twist, bite, pull etc. but you can still do that with snaller ones. |

When they come off it leaves a ring indentation around the edge, and the nipples are engorged red with blood.

The get bigger in the round when relaxed.
