I love to see some of the stunning photos on here. I'm not envious exactly, but I am very aware that I don't look like that!
Being on here has meant that I have improved my selfie game. I've taken ideas from other photos and used them to improve my own.
I'll never be one of the hot women on here (though I did once reach the giddy heights of page 7 on hot pics - yay me!), but I'll at least present myself as best I can. |

They may also be as timid as mice or absolute assholes and not getting any. A picture tells you what they look like, not what they are like…or their success….or sexual prowess.
When I see people in awesome shape I do wish I was more like that, but primarily my own confidence and self image. Many women here aren’t interested in ripped gym-dwellers.

This is a big issue with modern society. We have a big complex of comparing ourselves to others whether its body, our jobs, our money etc.
The media doesn't help especially social media. It's always about looking a certain way or having things but if we just minimise being away from these things as it's not beneficial to your mental health. Advertising is all about mental manipulation for you to buy into something. They actually hire psychologists for a lot of these campaigns because of that.
For example, that unfortunate tragedy that happened in Plymouth area recently was due to the guy having mental health problems with an inferiority complex into why women didn't like him and why he didn't have this or that.
Jealousy is a bad trait because it breeds contempt.
There's a lot of self help books and psychological books that could benefit you more in terms of learning to love yourself more or be more accepting of where you are in life.
If you wanna work on yourself, that's great! But don't compare yourself to someone else. More so you should be comparing yourself to who or how you was previously. |

Rather than look at them in envy, use them as an inspiration. Fair enough you cannot do much about age. However it is never too late to get yourself in shape and take better care of your looks and appearance, especially men who let themselves go by 40s it seems  |

You shouldn't feel inadequate or intimidated by other people's pictures.
Anyone with a muscular body has had to put a fair bit of time,energy and effort into that.

Being envious doesn't necessarily mean feeling inadequate or like you're not good enough

I (Mrs PD), sometimes feel intimidated by others pics. If i find a profile that sounds good I always look at their veries pics to gauge what they like. If all the people they have met are skinny/slim and look like models I don't get in touch as i feel they wouldn't like me anyway. |

Never jealous of others photos we are who we are. Sometimes I see photos on here or on the many photography sites I am a member of and think that would be good to recreate or try a variation of. It a challenge and helps improve my skills. |
