I think that you are probably better off focusing on your techniques than a relaxant. Sensations and pains are our body's way of communicating with us, so it's really important to get that feedback.
Experiment with the range of types of lube - water and non-water based, to see your preferences. The hornier you are, often the easier it is to achieve something. Taking time and intensifying the experience should help. As should your body being warmed up, similarly to when we exercise. Stretching is great to facilitate your body being warmed and relaxed.
