Evening all, loads of tattooed people and fans of them on here so hoping for recommendations.
I have used 4 artists and by far the best was my last one when living in Manchester, but too much hassle and risk for me to go back up there.
Looking for any talented artists in London or Essex, to get a black and grey detailed phoenix on my chest so if you know any that are high quality with that style please post. Thank you  |
