If you are on top be careful not to put too much pressure on her belly. There was other stuff I found uncomfortable too but that could have just been me.

I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant so my advice firstly would be speak to her but yeah, like others have said, no pressure on her stomach, and she shouldn't be on her back either, that's an important one. If she's like me, she'll enjoy doggy and being on top
