I've just been reading a website about orgasms - female ones to be precise- and it claims that having an orgasm at least twice a week can have health benefits.
1. It keep your stress levels down.
2 It's good for your heart.
3. It prevents food cravings by releasing an amphetymine type hormone used to suppress appetite and also to control blood sugar.
4. It's linked to encouraging a lower risk of prostate cancer in men.
5.It is linked to longevity.
6. It enhances your pain threshold.
Keep having sex. We could all be saving the NHS a fortune.

SO the scientists finally had sex with a woman?
What with all these research topics coming out about swallowing cum and so forth.
I guess they got some actual women into the lab rather than going to a porn site. |

How exactly does a female orgasm help with prostate cancer "
If at the moment of orgasm she tips a bloke (or more than one bloke) over the edge - well that's bound to help! |

I know my arthritis and sciatica doesn't affect me as much after I've played...I put it down to adrenaline or endorphins or whatever that's released when I'm turned on...I may have a bad day a coupla days later, but reckon that's as it's wearing off...form an orderly queue now please, I haven't had sex for about 18 hours |

I've read that women with arthritis are temporarily cured while pregnant - are you sure you've sorted out your contraception??? |

I did say 'in men' at the end of that line in order to qualify it as being a different benefit to those experienced by women. I needn't have said 'in men' when referring to prostate cancer otherwise. |

The benefits in the hormones. Apparently there are 100's of different hormones being released when we come. I definitely agree with the pain killer claim. Sex before period - no pain. No sex before period- pain. x |

"I would like to question points 1,3 & 6. Apart from that I'm quite happy to take my regular medicine to keep me healthy "
It'll be interesting to put it to the test. I'm not too sure about point 1 either. I think, at this point, I agree with 3 and I definitely agree with 6. |
